Breanna and her cousins !

As many of you know Sunday is ALWAYS Family day for us.I see my family either during the week or on Saturdays. Sunday's we usually spend the day at Mark's mom's,but last Sunday we went to Dave's house. (Mark's Brother) When it was time to feed Bree her bottle Taylor wanted to help. When she started feeding her Shelby decided she wanted to get a closer look. I had the camera in the bag so I took the opportunity to snap this.

Grandpa's Girl

Normally Breanna wouldn't hang out with Dad much until this last visit. He started making faces and sounds to her and she transformed into a Grandpa's girl. He was She absolutely loved it. That night I heard her laughing and she ended up smiling and laughing in her sleep.

Spring Fever

I can't believe how beautiful yesterday was. I'm definitely ready for Spring! We went for 3 walks yesterday !The stroller got a great work out and so did I. The only reason we came back home was so Breanna could eat and get changed and back out the door we went. She loved it. With the weather being warmer Breanna met all sorts of people this week. People that she will know the rest of her life,but with the cold weather we have been keeping her closed in the house.
This weekend we have the 2ND annual Cabin Fever Reliever ! Everyone in my family gets together for food,and fun. This will be Breanna's Big Debut. Most of my cousins have only seen her once, when she was 1 week old. Now that she will be 14 weeks old it will be nice to watch her interact with them. Another bonus is that Mark is taking the day off. This will be our first long trip with Bree, so we shall see how it goes.

March 28th

This is the day one year ago that I realized my life was going to change forever. I will never forget the over whelming feeling of emotion that came over me when I seen that Blue line. Now I have the most rewarding job. One smile from Breanna makes all the morning sickness and agony worth it. Not that I'm ready to rush into it again any time soon. Being a mom is so rewarding and so much work but worth every minute of it. I definitely have no regrets.
Today is a Day that I will always hold close and never forget what wonderful news I discovered on March 28Th.

New Gifts!

Breanna has had a few admirers that have dropped of gifts for her to my Grandma Wicke's house. The First gift was this Bear. It's a build a bear made for her from Mrs. Gingrich. It's name is Cream Puff. Her son's John and Jimmy are friend of ours. You know how they say your children are a reflection of there parents...well Mrs. Gingrich is a very sweet woman. Her boys would give you the shirt of there back and make you laugh while doing it.
If Breanna would have been a boy we were going to name our Boy James and call him Jimmy after Jimmy.
The second gift is this quilt she is sitting on. One of Grandma's dear Friends Betty Mitchell made it for her. She has been a friend of the family for years. I was so nice of these people to take time to make something for Breanna.

Ceramic's

I went to a Ceramic's class last Saturday with my Aunt Sue, Grandma and my cousin Susan. The class was in Merill. You go into the old School and pick out something to paint. I had a hard time with that. It took me about as long to pick something out as it did to paint. I found a couple of things I would like to do in the future and I'm going to try to go back soon. It's not very expensive and it gives me a hobby for myself.No matter how many times Mark tells me to go do something I always feel guilty. With Ceramics I was in my zone. I loved it in School and when I picked up the brush it was like old times. Maybe there will be more pictures of new ceramics soon.
I told them that my Bear wore Mascara because I love eyes with make-up

Bumbo Seat is here

Last Friday we received her Bumbo seat. I was disappointed when I opened the box and pulled out a used seat. The advertisement on e-bay said that it was a New seat with the play tray. So instead of buying a used one we did the pay now and picked up a NEW one at a discounted price.I thought it was a great deal until I seen it. Needless to say I contacted the seller and after showing them pictures of the stains on the bottom of the seat they are shipping me a new one that should be here tomorrow. They told me that it would cost more to ship this one back then it was worth to him and that I could just dispose of the seat myself. Forget that...The seat works fine I'm not going to throw it away. It is going to be going to one of our mom's houses. I don't mind a used product if I know that is what I'm buying and I can clean it. Breanna was puzzled when I walked away to grab the camera and she was still sitting up. She seems to like it in small doses.

3 months Old

I can't believe that yesterday she turned 3 months old already. Here are some pictures of the last week. She has been smiling alot and of couse when I ty to take a picture she quits.

12 weeks and counting

Well today Miss Breanna is 12 weeks old and she has grown so much. Playing with her is so much fun and so rewarding.

Updates

This week has been a slow one. Breanna is now Blowing bubbles alot and her hand eye coordination is really improving. She grabs toys and brings then to her mouth and is hitting things with her hands. She gets her legs going when she is laying on her back and now is lifting her butt up and scoots herself up to the top of the changing table. Her looks are really changing and so are her sleep patterns. Last night she slept through her 5:00 a.m. feeding. I woke up listened for her and then decided to sleep until she woke me up and before I knew it was 7:30 a.m. She has really been enjoying sitting up. She gets fussy if you leave her laying down or laying back too much. When she is awake she wants to be sitting up looking around. I'm trying to buy a bumboo seat on e-bay but I missed out on 2 I seen on e-bay and this week I have got to get one. My friend told me about this 2Nd hand store in Okemos that a lot of ritzy people donate to and today I went looking for it and couldn't find it. I'm assuming they either moved or closed. So back to e-bay....
